Bushkill Falls, Pocono PA-- Dog friendly review Yeah or Nay

www.bushkillfalls.comToday Hubby and I went to Bushkill Falls-- THE NIAGARA OF PA  ( will address this issue in another entry ).   The Reviews we read and the Bushkill web page stated that dogs were welcome and  permitted.  This is true , however, there is only a small  portion of the trails that is actually suited to take dogs and my dogs  have 2" legs.  If you have an athletic dog that likes long walks or runs and doesn't mind stairs this is the place for you.  Our little legged girls would not have fared well on the many flights of stairs we wallked neither do some humans if you aren't used to steep stairs, slippery in spots or have a heart condition keep this in mind

.  So for our twosome it was a NAY...no pups at Bushkill Falls for our dynamic duo.  Holly and Sadie stayed back at the trailer, watch dogs that they are, and held down the fort, or in this case campsite.
